Reward Our Heroes™ is Wisconsin’s largest hero savings program—created to give back to the people who give everything to our communities. We proudly serve military members, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, healthcare professionals, and teachers, helping them save thousands when buying or selling a home.

Founded by Air Force veteran and Wisconsin Realtor John Reuter, Reward Our Heroes™ partners with trusted local professionals—including lenders, title companies, inspectors, and insurance agents—all committed to supporting our heroes. Together, we’ve helped over 300 heroes save more than $1.5 million on real estate transactions statewide.

Our mission goes beyond homeownership. Reward Our Heroes™ also provides scholarships, community grants, and recognition awards to honor those who serve with integrity, courage, and compassion. Through these programs, we aim to inspire a culture of gratitude and service across Wisconsin.

We’re also proud to offer expert guidance on VA loans, ensuring veterans and military families receive the specialized support they deserve. Our team’s deep understanding of VA benefits and property requirements helps heroes navigate the process with confidence—without the stress or uncertainty often associated with home buying.

I’m John Reuter, a U.S. Air Force veteran, Realtor, and the Broker/Owner of Integrity Homes of Wisconsin. I’ve built my real estate career around one core value—service. Whether it was during my time in the military or now as a Realtor, serving others has always been at the center of what I do.

Over the past eight years, I’ve been honored to be ranked in the Top 5% of Realtors nationwide for seven consecutive years and recognized as Wisconsin’s leading Realtor for military clients. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 300 heroes buy and sell homes, saving them over $1.5 million in the process. Those savings came directly through my work at Integrity Homes, and they represent not just transactions, but real families whose lives were made easier because someone cared enough to go the extra mile.

Building on that commitment, I founded Reward Our Heroes™—a program designed to expand the impact beyond real estate. Through this initiative, we provide grants, scholarships, home support, and connections to a trusted network of lenders, insurance providers, and repair professionals who all give back to heroes. The program serves military members, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, healthcare workers, and teachers—people who give everything to our communities and deserve support in return.

My approach to real estate is straightforward and personalized. I take time to understand each client’s needs, then develop tailored strategies that highlight a property’s best features for sellers and match buyers with homes that truly fit their lives. I work with the best stagers, photographers, and drone pilots to make listings shine, and I use advanced analytics, creative marketing, open houses, and social media to give my clients an edge.

Outside of real estate, I stay deeply involved in the Waunakee community through the Rotary Club and veteran-focused events. Giving back has always been more than a slogan for me—it’s a way of life.
