Two half-day sessions for certification as a Mental Health First Aider! Learn to be there for the difficult conversations. Help others find their way. Self-care skills too!

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to support others (and yourself). Learn how to have conversations about mental health,emotions, or feeling suicidal so you can guide others to well-being. Plus skills for self-care, so you have the resources for your own emotions.
Join our upcoming class September 3/4, 2026. This is a virtual class, each day from 8:00 am to approx 2pm. Ending day each day may vary depending on size of the class.
FREE to veterans and immediate family members - sponsored by a grant from WI Department of Veterans Affairs!
$50 for all others.
