One day training for certification as a Mental Health First Aider! Learn to be there for the difficult conversations. Help others find their way. Self-care skills too!

Give yourself (or a loved one) the skills to save a life! Register now for our Mental Health First Aid class. Limited spots available!

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to support others (and yourself). Learn how to have conversations about mental health, emotions, or feeling suicidal so you can guide others to well-being. Plus skills for self-care, so you have the resources for your own emotions.

Join our upcoming class August 6, 2026. This is a virtual class, from 8:00 am to approx 3:30pm. Class includes 2 hours of pre-work which must be completed before attending the class.

FREE to veterans and immediate family members - sponsored by a grant from WI Department of Veterans Affairs!

$50 for all others. $35 for peer specialists and other mental health professionals.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: July 30, 2026

Early registration is critical as there is pre-work which must be done by August 4, 2026.
