The "Forgotten Audiences" program of Organic Arts seeks underserved communities including seniors, the differently-abled, and in particular, veterans and provide them with performances (and hopefully, caring insights) using storytelling and music. 

Veteran Wisconsin folksinger Skip Jones is "point-man" for the project.  Serving veterans is a particular interest for Mr. Jones, who is a folksinger, storyteller, and 14-year Navy veteran.  He has many contacts among vet’s groups that he has served statewide for much of his career, serving the veterans community for many years, particularly in northern Wisconsin.  (https://www.skipjones.net/about-skip-jones/ )  

We also have several Vietnam-era vets among our members including Paul Akert (storyteller/Navy), Poul Sandersen (bluegrass/ Air Force), and David HB Drake (folksinger / Army). We hope to work with statewide Veterans organizations on future projects.
