Colleen Foley co-founded Always Best Care Greater Milwaukee in 2009, with her husband, Tom. Colleen graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Social Work, and then moved on to receive her Master’s Degree in Business Management. Colleen’s passion for making a difference impelled her to leave Corporate America, to start helping families and their loved ones find quality care. 

Our services include, but are not limited to, companionship, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation and much more. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We work around the clock to meet the needs of our clients and their families, respectively.

Our sheer passion for helping the elderly maintain a safe, independent, and dignified lifestyle has built the strong foundation of Always Best Care. Every member of the Always Best Care family holds trust, honor, and respect in the highest regard; these qualities are infused throughout every aspect of our services.

We work hard to employ qualified caregivers, who undergo expert training and extensive background checks. With certifications in areas like elderly care and dementia support, these professionals provide proficiency crucial for addressing unique challenges. Their practical communication skills and commitment to ethical standards contribute to a positive caregiving environment, fostering peace of mind for the care recipient.

A Care Coordinator will provide a complimentary evaluation of the services you will require and follow that evaluation with treatments tailored to improve your individual needs.
