Kim O'Brien

Entrusted Technology Solutions/Kim O'Brien

At Entrusted Technology Solutions, my mission is to bolster the technological capabilities of nonprofits and small businesses. This commitment extends from my previous role at United Way Fox Cities, where our team's partnership with Microsoft and LinkedIn launched virtual upskilling initiatives. With a background in both community development and technology strategy, I am adept at crafting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive social impact.

Our collaborative approach has consistently delivered robust technology infrastructures and strategic support, empowering organizations to thrive. Our focus remains steadfast on uplifting local communities through innovation and collaboration with our local nonprofits and small businesses.

As the Executive Director for 7 years of the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative, a program of the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, I helped train leaders of our local nonprofits in best business practice. Our training programs included staff and board members.

Previous roles in the nonprofit arena included communication and marketing, fundraising, human resources and technology operational excellence.

Matthew Titel

Commonwealth Mortgage Group

Matthew founded Commonwealth in March of 2007, with the idea that his business would have two primary focuses; its employees and their customers. By continuous education and communication, Commonwealth has taken the business transaction to a more personal level of comfort and security. At Commonwealth, you are treated less like a number, and more like family.

Matthew is a University of Wisconsin graduate, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in finance and accounting, a Master's degree from Carroll University in Business Management, and has served six years in the US Army Reserves as a Section Sergeant.

I see clients in person or virtually and accept private pay and several insurance options. My career began with the Army when I served with a Combat Stress Control team on two deployments to Iraq.
