Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to support others (and yourself). Learn how to have conversations about mental health\, emotions\, or feeling suicidal so you can guide others to well-being. Plus skills for self-care\, so you have the resources for your own emotions. Join our upcoming class April 15\, 2026\, 8:15a 5:15p at Timber Lounge\, 100 S Birch St\, Kimberly\, WI - in their event room. FREE to veterans and immediate family members - sponsored by a grant from WI Department of Veterans Affairs! $35 for all others. Coffee provided in the morning.
